Neither over nor under yet — these are part-built, so spending less than approved is not a saving.
Mostly residential crescents and courts. The Town funds these through program-level lines such as the Asphalt Overlay Program rather than a budget line per street, so there is no per-street figure to show — and none is invented here.
The current capital financial statement carries 270 project lines with an approved budget. 26 have spent more than Council originally approved; 12 finished under. 199 are in progress and 33 not yet drawn on.
