38 works on the Town’s published map, 37 of them placed in a ward. 7 carry a budget line of their own and can be measured against a figure Council approved — $36,431,353 approved and $11,762,526 spent across those 7, which is not the cost of the capital programme and is not offered as one. The other 31 are funded through program-level lines such as the Asphalt Overlay Program rather than a line per street, so there is no per-street figure to show — and none is invented here.
